حذف الحساب والبيانات

هاي الصفحة لتطبيق وين (Ween) لحالة الطرق والحواجز. منها بتطلب حذف حسابك وكل البيانات المربوطة فيه، حتى لو ما عاد التطبيق على جهازك. بننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوم (غالبًا أسرع).

1. كيف تطلب الحذف

من هاي الصفحة: اكتب إيميل حسابك وكلمة السر بالنموذج فوق واضغط «اطلب حذف حسابي».
من التطبيق: افتح «تواصل مع مشرف» واكتب «احذف حسابي».
نسيت كلمة السر؟ اطلب الحذف من «تواصل مع مشرف» بالتطبيق.
بعد الحذف ما بتقدر تفوت على الحساب، وما بنقدر نرجّعه. إذا بدك تستخدم وين مرة ثانية بتعمل حساب جديد.

2. شو بينحذف

بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، الإيميل، الاسم، وكلمة السر المشفّرة.
المفضّلة، و«ذاكرة وين» (كل شي بيتذكّره المساعد عنك).
رسائلك مع المشرفين وردودهم، والتسجيلات الصوتية والصور اللي بعتتها.
بلاغات الحالة المربوطة بحسابك، وتفاعلاتك وتعليقاتك.
رموز الإشعارات لجهازك.
إذا كنت سائق تكسي: خطوطك ومشاويرك المسجّلة ونقاطك، و«طرق السرافيس» اللي طلعت من مشاويرك.

3. شو بيضل (من غير ما يرتبط فيك)

حالة الطرق اللي ساهمت بتحديثها بتضل ضمن سجل الطريق (معلومة عامة)، بس من غير اسمك أو أي إشارة لحسابك.
سجل إنه وصلنا طلب حذف وتنفّذ (التاريخ بس، بدون إيميلك أو اسمك).
السجلات التقنية: لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان فقط.

4. على جهازك

محادثاتك مع مساعد وين محفوظة على جهازك بس: بتنمسح لما تمسحها من التطبيق أو تحذف التطبيق.

Account and data deletion

This page is for the Ween app (road and checkpoint status in Palestine). Use it to ask us to delete your account and all data linked to it, even if the app is no longer on your device. We complete the deletion within 30 days (usually sooner).

1. How to request deletion

On this page: enter your account email and password in the form above and press “Request deletion”.
In the app: open “Contact a supervisor” and write “delete my account”.
Forgot your password? Ask for the deletion through “Contact a supervisor” in the app.
Once deleted, the account cannot be signed into or restored. To use Ween again, create a new account.

2. What is deleted

Account data: username, email, name and the encrypted password.
Your favourites and “Ween memory” (everything the assistant remembers about you).
Your messages with supervisors and their replies, and the voice notes and images you sent.
Status reports linked to your account, and your reactions and comments.
Your device’s notification tokens.
For taxi drivers: your lines, recorded drives and points, and the service routes made from your drives.

3. What is kept (not linked to you)

Road statuses you helped update stay in the road’s history (public information), without your name or any link to your account.
A record that a deletion request was received and completed (the date only, without your email or name).
Technical logs: for a short period, for security only.

4. On your device

Your conversations with the Ween assistant are stored only on your device: they are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
