الشروط والأحكام
باستخدامك تطبيق «وين» أو موقع palroads.pro (معًا «الخدمة») إنت بتوافق على هاي الشروط. إذا ما بتوافق، ما تستخدم الخدمة. «وين» و«نحن» يعني فريق وين، مشغّل الخدمة.
باختصار: وين بيعطيك معلومات عن حالة الطرق ومساعد ذكي بيساعدك بطريقك. المعلومات ممكن تتأخر أو تغلط، فالقرار على الطريق قرارك. استخدم الخدمة بطريقة سليمة، لا تبعت بلاغات كاذبة، ولا تستخدم الهاتف وإنت سايق إلا بالصوت.
1. شو هي الخدمة
وين بيعرض حالة الطرق ونقاط المتابعة عليها كما وصلتنا من المشرفين ومن مصادر عامة ومن مرور مستخدمين تانيين، وبيقترح طرق، وبيقدّم مساعد ذكي («وين AI») بيرد صوت وكتابة، وقناة تواصل مع المشرفين. الخدمة حاليًا بمرحلة تجريبية وبتتطوّر باستمرار.
2. المعلومات استرشادية
- حالة الطرق بتتغيّر بسرعة، وممكن تكون المعلومة متأخرة أو ناقصة أو غلط. استخدمها كمساعد، مش كبديل عن حكمك وعن إشارات الطريق والجهات المختصة.
- ردود وين AI بتطلع من نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي وممكن تحتوي أخطاء. معلومات الأطباء والصيدليات والمطاعم (مثل الدوام والأسعار) استرشادية، تأكّد منها قبل ما تعتمد عليها، ولا تعتبرها نصيحة طبية أو قانونية.
- أرقام الطوارئ معروضة للتسهيل، ووين مش جهة طوارئ. بالحالات الطارئة اتصل بالجهة المختصة مباشرة.
3. السلامة أثناء القيادة
لا تتعامل مع الشاشة وإنت سايق. استخدم المكالمة الصوتية أو وقّف بمكان آمن. إنت المسؤول عن الالتزام بقوانين السير.
4. حسابك
- لازم تكون 16 سنة أو أكثر.
- أعطي معلومات صحيحة وحافظ على سرّية كلمة سرّك. إنت مسؤول عن كل اللي بيصير من حسابك.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص، وما يجوز تنقله لغيرك.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
ممنوع:
- إرسال بلاغات أو معلومات كاذبة أو مضلّلة عن الطريق.
- الإساءة أو التحرّش أو التهديد للمشرفين أو لأي مستخدم، أو إرسال محتوى غير قانوني.
- محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها، أو الوصول لبيانات مش إلك، أو سحب البيانات آليًا (scraping) أو إعادة توزيعها.
- استخدام الخدمة بأي طريقة بتخالف القانون أو بتعرّض سلامة الناس للخطر.
6. المحتوى اللي بتبعته
اللي بتبعته من بلاغات ورسائل وتسجيلات بيبقى إلك، وبتعطينا ترخيص غير حصري ومجاني لاستخدامه لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها، ولعرض حالة الطريق الناتجة عنه للمستخدمين بدون اسمك. إنت مسؤول عن المحتوى اللي بتبعته.
7. الملكية الفكرية
اسم وين وشعاره وتصميم التطبيق والموقع ومحتواهما ملك لفريق وين. بيانات الخرائط والأماكن من Mapbox وOpenStreetMap وغيرهم خاضعة لتراخيصهم. ما يجوز نسخ الخدمة أو هندستها عكسيًا أو استخدام علامتنا بدون إذن.
8. التوفّر والتغييرات
الخدمة مقدَّمة «كما هي» وممكن تتوقف أو تتغيّر أو تُلغى مزايا منها بأي وقت، خاصة بالمرحلة التجريبية. ممكن نحدّث هاي الشروط؛ بننشر النسخة الجديدة هون مع تاريخها، واستمرارك بالاستخدام يعني الموافقة.
9. إنهاء الحساب
بتقدر توقّف استخدام الخدمة وتطلب حذف حسابك بأي وقت. ومن حقنا نعلّق أو نحذف حسابات بتخالف هاي الشروط أو بتضرّ بالخدمة أو بالمستخدمين.
10. حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد اللي بيسمح فيه القانون، وين وفريقه مش مسؤولين عن أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر بينتج عن استخدام الخدمة أو الاعتماد على معلوماتها، أو عن انقطاعها، أو عن محتوى المستخدمين أو خدمات الطرف الثالث. ما في بهاي الشروط إشي بيلغي مسؤولية ما بيجوز إلغاؤها قانونًا.
11. الخصوصية
كيف بنتعامل مع بياناتك موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء من هاي الشروط.
12. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هاي الشروط للقوانين السارية في فلسطين، وأي نزاع يُنظر أمام محاكمها المختصة.

Terms and Conditions
By using the Ween app or palroads.pro (together, the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. “Ween”, “we” and “us” mean the Ween team, operator of the Service.
In short: Ween gives you information about road conditions and an assistant for your journey. The information can be late or wrong, so decisions on the road are yours. Use the Service responsibly, do not send false reports, and do not handle your phone while driving except by voice.
1. The Service
Ween shows the status of roads and monitored points as reported to us by supervisors, public sources and other users’ passes, suggests routes, provides an assistant (“Ween AI”) that answers by voice and text, and a channel to contact supervisors. The Service is currently in a beta phase and changes continuously.
2. Information is indicative
- Road conditions change quickly; information may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Use it as an aid, not a substitute for your own judgement, road signs and the competent authorities.
- Ween AI answers come from AI models and may contain errors. Doctor, pharmacy and restaurant details (such as opening hours and prices) are indicative; verify them before relying on them, and do not treat them as medical or legal advice.
- Emergency numbers are shown for convenience; Ween is not an emergency service. In an emergency contact the competent authority directly.
3. Safety while driving
Do not interact with the screen while driving. Use the voice call or stop somewhere safe. You are responsible for complying with traffic laws.
4. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account per person; it may not be transferred.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- send false or misleading reports or information about the road;
- abuse, harass or threaten supervisors or any user, or send unlawful content;
- attempt to breach or disrupt the Service, access data that is not yours, scrape data or redistribute it;
- use the Service in any way that breaks the law or endangers people’s safety.
6. Content you send
Reports, messages and recordings you send remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and improve the Service and to show the resulting road status to users without your name. You are responsible for the content you send.
7. Intellectual property
The Ween name, logo, app and site design and content belong to the Ween team. Map and place data from Mapbox, OpenStreetMap and others are subject to their licences. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the Service or use our marks without permission.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”; features may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time, especially during the beta. We may update these terms; the new version is published here with its date, and continued use means acceptance.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service or its users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ween and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Service or reliance on its information, from interruptions, or from user content or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine, and any dispute is heard before its competent courts.
