سياسة الخصوصية
هاي السياسة بتوضّح شو بيجمع تطبيق «وين» وموقع palroads.pro من معلومات، ليش، مع مين بنشاركها، وكيف بتتحكم فيها. «وين» و«نحن» يعني فريق وين، مشغّل التطبيق والموقع.
باختصار: بنجمع بس اللي بنحتاجه عشان نعطيك حالة الطرق والمساعد الذكي: بيانات حسابك، موقعك (إذا سمحت)، رسائلك وتسجيلاتك اللي بتبعتها، وشو بيتذكّره وين عنك. ما بنبيع بياناتك. أسئلتك للمساعد بتتعالج عند مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي عشان يجاوبك. بتقدر تمسح ذاكرة وين عنك من التطبيق، وتطلب حذف حسابك كامل.
1. شو بنجمع
- بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم الكامل، وكلمة سر محفوظة بشكل مشفّر (hash) ما منقدر نقراها.
- الموقع: لما تسمح، بنستخدم موقع جهازك عشان نرتّب الطرق والأماكن حسب قربها منك ونعطيك المسافات. وإذا سمحت بالموقع بالخلفية، التطبيق بيلاحظ لما تمرق من نقطة متابَعة على الطريق وبيسجّل بلاغ حالة (النقطة، الاتجاه، الحالة، الوقت) مربوط بحسابك، عشان تتحدّث الحالة لباقي المستخدمين. ما بنحتفظ بسجل متواصل لتحركاتك، وبتقدر توقّف هالميزة من ملفك أو من إعدادات الجهاز.
- الرسائل والمرفقات: الرسائل والتسجيلات الصوتية اللي بتبعتها للمشرفين بتنحفظ على خوادمنا وبيشوفها المشرفون. البلاغات اللي بتكتبها عن الطريق بتصير جزء من الصورة المشتركة للطريق (الحالة بس، بدون اسمك).
- محادثاتك مع وين AI: نص سؤالك، وبالمكالمة الصوتية صوتك، بيتبعتوا لمزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي عشان يطلع الرد (انظر البند 3). سجل المحادثات النصية بيتخزّن على جهازك وبتقدر تمسحه من التطبيق.
- ذاكرة وين عنك: من محادثاتك بيستخلص وين معلومات بسيطة بتفيده يخدمك أحسن (مثل الأكل اللي بتحبه أو مشوارك المعتاد). بتشوف كل إشي بيتذكّره عنك بشاشة «ذاكرة وين» وبتقدر تمسح أي بند أو توقّف التعلّم.
- المفضّلة وأماكنك: الطرق اللي بتتابعها وأماكنك (مثل البيت والشغل) عشان نجاوب «كيف طريقي؟».
- سواقين التكسي: إذا الإدارة عطتك خط تكسي وبلّشت «مشوار»، التطبيق بيسجّل مسار سيارتك (موقع GPS كل كم متر، وبالخلفية على iPhone) من بداية المشوار لنهايته، عشان نحسبلك النقاط. المسار الكامل بيشوفه فريق الإدارة بس. الطريق اللي سقته بيصير «طريق سرفيس» بيشوفه المستخدمين، بدون أول وآخر كيلومتر ونص وبدون اسمك، وموقعك وإنت ع الطريق بيظهر تقريبي (حوالي كيلومتر) ولمدة قصيرة بس.
- الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز (push token) ونوع النظام، بس إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، عشان نبعتلك ردود المشرفين.
- بيانات تقنية: عنوان الـ IP ووقت الطلبات وسجلات أخطاء أساسية، لحماية الخدمة من الإساءة (مثل حدود محاولات تسجيل الدخول).
2. ليش بنستخدمها
- عشان نعرض حالة الطرق ونرتّبها حسب موقعك ونرسم طريق بيبعد عن المسكّر.
- عشان يرد وين AI على أسئلتك، صوت وكتابة، ويتذكّر اللي بتسمحله يتذكّره.
- عشان توصل رسائلك للمشرفين ويوصلك ردّهم.
- عشان نحمي الخدمة ونصلّح الأعطال.
ما بنستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، وما بنبيعها لأي جهة.
3. مع مين بنشاركها
بنشارك البيانات مع مزوّدين بيشغّلوا أجزاء من الخدمة، وبالقدر اللازم بس:

المشرفون بيشوفوا رسائلك إلهم واسمك اللي سجّلت فيه. أخبار الطريق بتوصلنا من المشرفين ومن مصادر أخبار عامة ومن مرور مستخدمين تانيين، وما بنشارك هوية أي مستخدم مع حد.
ممكن نكشف بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون أو لحماية سلامة الناس.
4. قدّيش بنحتفظ فيها
- بيانات الحساب والمفضّلة وذاكرة وين: لحد ما تمسحها أو تحذف حسابك.
- الرسائل والتسجيلات مع المشرفين: لحد ما تنحذف من المحادثة أو يُحذف الحساب.
- بلاغات الحالة: بتضل ضمن سجل حالة الطريق؛ عند حذف الحساب بتنفك عن هويتك.
- مشاوير سواقين التكسي ونقاطهم: لحد ما يُحذف الحساب. «طرق السرافيس» اللي طلعت منها: آخر 10 لكل اتجاه، وبتنحذف مع الحساب.
- السجلات التقنية: لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان فقط.
5. حقوقك وتحكّمك
- التعديل: اسمك واسم المستخدم وكلمة السر من ملفك بالتطبيق.
- الموقع: اسمح أو امنع من إعدادات الجهاز، وأوقف تسجيل المرور من ملفك.
- الذاكرة: شاشة «ذاكرة وين» بتعرض كل البنود وبتمسحها بندًا بندًا أو كلها.
- المحادثات: امسح أي محادثة أو كلها من التطبيق.
- الحذف الكامل: اطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من palroads.pro/data_deletion (حتى بدون التطبيق) أو من «تواصل مع مشرف» داخل التطبيق، وبننفّذه خلال 30 يوم.
- الوصول: بتقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك بنفس الطريقة.
6. الأمان
الاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّر (HTTPS)، كلمات السر محفوظة مشفّرة، والوصول للبيانات محصور بالفريق حسب الحاجة. ما في نظام آمن 100%، فاحمِ كلمة سرّك وبلّغنا عن أي استخدام غريب.
7. الأطفال
وين مش موجّه لمن هم دون 16 سنة، وما بنجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا عرفنا عن حساب لطفل بنحذفه.
8. التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هاي السياسة بننشر النسخة الجديدة هون مع تاريخها، وبالتغييرات المهمة بنبلّغك داخل التطبيق.
9. تواصل معنا
لأي سؤال عن خصوصيتك: «تواصل مع مشرف» داخل التطبيق.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Ween app and palroads.pro collect, why, who we share it with and how you stay in control. “Ween”, “we” and “us” mean the Ween team, operator of the app and the site.
In short: we collect only what we need to give you live road status and the assistant: your account details, your location (if you allow it), the messages and voice notes you send, and what Ween remembers about you. We do not sell your data. Your questions to the assistant are processed by AI providers to produce answers. You can wipe Ween’s memory about you in the app and ask us to delete your account entirely.
1. What we collect
- Account data: username, email, full name, and a password stored as a hash we cannot read.
- Location: with your permission we use your device location to sort roads and places by distance and to show distances. If you allow background location, the app notices when you pass a monitored point on the road and records a status report (point, direction, status, time) linked to your account so the status updates for everyone. We do not keep a continuous trail of your movements, and you can switch this off in your profile or in the device settings.
- Messages and attachments: messages and voice notes you send to supervisors are stored on our servers and visible to supervisors. Road reports you write become part of the shared road picture (status only, never your name).
- Conversations with Ween AI: the text of your question, and your voice during a voice call, are sent to the AI provider to produce the answer (see section 3). Your text chat history is stored on your device and can be deleted in the app.
- Ween’s memory about you: from your conversations Ween extracts small facts that help it serve you (such as food you like or your usual route). The “Ween memory” screen shows everything it remembers; you can delete any item or turn learning off.
- Favourites and your places: the roads you follow and places such as home and work, to answer “how is my route?”.
- Taxi drivers: if the admins give you a taxi line and you start a “drive”, the app records your car’s path (a GPS fix every few metres, also in the background on iPhone) from the start of the drive to its end, to award your points. Only the admin team sees the full path. The road you drove becomes a “service route” that users see without its first and last 1.5 km and without your name; while you drive, your position is shown approximately (about 1 km) and only briefly.
- Notifications: a device push token and platform, only if you enable notifications, to deliver supervisor replies.
- Technical data: IP address, request times and basic error logs, to protect the service from abuse (for example login rate limits).
2. Why we use it
- To show road status, order it by your location and route you around closures.
- To let Ween AI answer by voice and text and remember what you allow it to remember.
- To deliver your messages to supervisors and their replies to you.
- To protect the service and fix faults.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Who we share it with
We share data with providers that run parts of the service, only as far as needed:

Supervisors see the messages you send them and the name you registered with. Road news reaches us from supervisors, public news sources and other users’ passes; we never share any user’s identity.
We may disclose data where the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data, favourites and Ween’s memory: until you delete them or your account.
- Messages and voice notes with supervisors: until removed from the conversation or the account is deleted.
- Status reports: remain in the road status history; on account deletion they are detached from your identity.
- Taxi drivers’ drives and points: until the account is deleted. The service routes made from them: the latest 10 per direction, deleted with the account.
- Technical logs: for a short period, for security only.
5. Your rights and controls
- Edit: your name, username and password from your profile in the app.
- Location: allow or deny in the device settings; switch off pass recording in your profile.
- Memory: the “Ween memory” screen lists every item and deletes them one by one or all at once.
- Conversations: delete any conversation, or all of them, in the app.
- Full deletion: ask for your account and all its data to be deleted at palroads.pro/data_deletion (no app needed) or through “Contact a supervisor” in the app; we complete it within 30 days.
- Access: request a copy of your data the same way.
6. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to data is limited to the team on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, so protect your password and tell us about any suspicious activity.
7. Children
Ween is not directed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of a child’s account we delete it.
8. Changes
When we change this policy we publish the new version here with its date, and we notify you in the app about material changes.
9. Contact
For any privacy question: “Contact a supervisor” inside the app.
